2013 MEMBERSHIP TYPES & DUES
TWO PARTY MEMBERSHIP ($3800): Until May 15, 2013, a present member (First-Party Member) in good standing who can find a new member or former member (Second-Party Member) can initiate the “Two-Party Membership.” The present member and new member can pay collectively dues of $3800 for the year 2013. The payment must be paid in one payment by the First-Party Member and is non-refundable. The Second–Party Member is subject to the same rights and obligations of the First-Party Member. Note: For a former member to be eligible they must have been out for at least 2 full years - they cannot have been a member for the 2012 or 2011 seasons.
FULL GOLF ($2410): All club privileges, including golf, swimming pool, picnic grounds, and Clubhouse. The same privileges are extended to the spouse of all Full Golf Members and to their children under eighteen years of age. Any son or daughter of, and currently residing with, a Full Golf Member, who is a bona fide college student enrolled for twelve (12) or more credit hours per semester, or a member of the Armed Forces on active duty, shall be entitled to the full privileges of the club until they attain the age of twenty-five (25) years. Additional dues of $100 applied for all family golfers other than the primary member. No food minimum.
JUNIOR GOLF ($1500): Ages 26 through 39, inclusive, with qualification determined by primary member or spouse’s age as of January 1. Additional dues of $100 applied for all family golfers other than the primary member. No food minimum.
YOUNG ADULT GOLF($900): Ages 18 through 25, inclusive, with qualification determined by primary member or spouse’s age as of January 1. Additional dues of $100 applied for all family golfers other than the primary member. No food minimum.
SOCIAL ($500)*: All club privileges except golf. The primary member is permitted to play golf twice each calendar month after registering at the Pro Shop and signing an invoice for daily green fees. The
primary member is also permitted to bring guests. No food minimum.
NON-RESIDENT ($1500): Privileges are the same as for Full Golf Membership. Member must reside more than 60 road miles from the Club, and may not reside inside the 60-mile limit for more than 30 days in a calendar year. Additional dues of $100 applied for EACH family member other than the primary golfer. No food minimum.
SENIOR GOLF ($700): Open to active members only. Club members who have attained the age of 75 may be eligible for Senior Membership if their years of consecutive active membership, when added to their age, equal a total of l00. A senior is entitled to all of the privileges of the Club except he/she will pay a reduced green fee each time he/she plays. Golf privileges are for the primary member only. No food minimum is required.
*All membership types except the Social have no Initiation Fee. New Social members must pay a $500 Initiation Fee in addition to the $500 dues.
